The SmartThings Home Keeping track of Package ($ 241) is the place to start. It includes a hub, two multipurpose sensing units, one movement sensing unit and one outlet. While you may want to contribute to it– both the camera ($ 139+) and audible alarm ($ 49) are extra– the package includes all the essentials.
SmartThings’ best quality is you can choose different cameras from D-Link and Samsung. Works well with the locks from Yale and Quickset, lights from Cree and Philips Hue, thermostats from Honeywell and much more. If you want to avail expert monitoring, SmartThings is the only product on this list to use it.
The drawback to SmartThings is cost and its non-compatibility with lots system.

iSmartAlarm Home Security System Installers.
iSmartAlarm system is less involved than other CCTV Security System because it is not compatible with lots of gadgets like Windows users.

Insteon Home Security System
Another modular system, Insteon, lets you choose a center (either the fundamental Insteon Hub or the HomeKit-enabled Insteon Center Pro) then add the gadgets you desire. Select from electronic cameras, sensing units, door locks, smart outlets, thermostats (consisting of the famous Nest), lights and plenty more. Your system can be as easy or as complicated as you ‘d like. Similar to the remainder of the systems on this list, you can keep track of and control everything through your iPhone or Android smart device.
Insteon’s noteworthy feature is compatibility with Apple’s HomeKit and Amazon’s Alexa, which lets you manage your system using voice control through Alexa or Siri respectively. You’ll need the pricier HomeKit Hub for $149 for compatibility with other HomeKit and access Siri support and devices. While the rate is great, bear in mind that you’ll have to include extra pieces to obtain a complete system. Depending on exactly what you require, you might end up spending more or less on the Insteon than other systems.
If HomeKit and Siri’s compatibility are leading of your must-have list, Insteon is the way to go. Amazon fans will get excellent usage from Insteon, too, if they own any Alexa devices like the Echo.
