Texas Company Buying Cimarex Plant Under Construction
Texas-based Denbury Resources will pay $191 million to Cimarex Energy Co. for a methane and helium plant under construction in Wyoming, according to a report in the Casper Star-Tribune. Denbury already had a 42.5 percent ownership interest in the plant, for which it paid $115 million.
