Two Years Into The Stimulus
LIke it or not, one thing is clear according to a new report:
The Recovery Act is poised to achieve its goal of doubling clean energy capacity over the next two years. Case in Point: Domestic manufacturing capacity for solar photovoltaic modules is forecasted to grow from less than 1 gigawatt a year in 2008 to nearly 4 gigawatts per year in 2012.
Wyoming Homes Gear Up with Renewables
The residential renewable energy program provided grants of up to $10,000 or 50 percent of project costs, whichever was less, for installing photovoltaic (solar), small wind, and ground source heat energy systems at Wyoming homes.

Under the State Energy Program, Wyoming expects to help 1,000 additional homeowners increase the energy efficiency of their homes.
