Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission
Established in 1951, the mission of the Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission is to promote the beneficial and environmentally responsible development of Wyoming’s oil and gas resources. The WOGCC oversees the permitting process for oil and gas drilling in the state.
Users can go online at wogcc.state.wy.us/ to access forms, APD’s, geological reports, perform electronic filings, obtain data on approvals and completions, drilling rules and statutes, and a host of other data-driven services for oil and gas exploration and development in the state.
